Employment Statistics

The AKTA uses periodic surveys to gather information about members perceptions of the leadership and management practices that contribute to overall performance of the organization and profession. These surveys include items such as opportunities for professional development and growth; opportunity to contribute to achieving organizational mission, publications, and overall feel for the profession. Each year the survey is reviewed and analyzed to gauge member’s perceptions on how well the organization is meeting the goals of strengthening and developing the profession.
