Basic Anatomy

Review the power point below.  Upon completion of your review click on next to access the quiz.  Each quiz consists of multiple choice and true/false questions. A grade of 80% or above is needed to earn a certificate of completion. Please print the completion certificates and have them ready to give to your site supervisor on the first day of your training. Should it be necessary, you will have an opportunity to retake the quiz after a 90 minute lock out period.
Note: you will not be able to review any of the power point material while in the quiz menu.
